About ePayRecon

Schools, tutors, clubs and landlords increasingly get paid by Zelle and other bank transfers. The money arrives with whatever name the parent's bank uses — "SMITH JOHN A", a grandmother's name, a memo that says "for Maya" — and someone has to work out, one line at a time, which student it was for.

ePayRecon does that matching for you: account numbers in memos, the names of parents and guardians, the quirks of how each bank writes names, the rules you teach it, and AI for what's left (on by default, and one click turns it off). You stay in control of every match.

It is built to keep that information private: encrypted, visible only to your organization, never sold or shared, and deleted when you ask. See Security & privacy.
