Getting your bank's export
ePayRecon reads the activity export of any bank. Banks change their screens often, so these steps describe what to look for rather than exact buttons.
| Bank | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Chase | Open the account, look for Download account activity (a download icon), choose a date range and CSV. |
| Bank of America | Open the account, look for Download above the transactions, choose the period and Microsoft Excel or CSV. |
| Wells Fargo | Open the account activity, look for Download Account Activity, choose the dates and Comma Delimited. |
| TD Bank | In account activity, look for Download or Export, then CSV. |
| Capital One | Open the account, look for Download Transactions, choose CSV. |
| PNC | In account activity, look for Download / Export activity, then CSV or Excel. |
If your bank only offers PDF statements, upload the PDF (see PDF and scanned statements).
Download only the account that receives payments, and a period that overlaps your last upload a little — duplicates are skipped.
