What the AI sees

With AI on (the default; turn it off in Settings):

• Matching: payer names, memos with numbers removed, your list of names.
• Import: column headers and up to 5 sample rows (no balances), unclear descriptions, the text of PDF pages (or of scanned pages and photos, after text recognition in your browser) without your name, address, account or card numbers and balances. Images of pages are never sent.
• Matching issues: the computed findings, to word an overview.

Never sent: emails, phone numbers, bank account or card numbers, routing numbers, balances, school IDs or our record numbers. The AI only suggests; nothing is assigned until your team approves it. Anthropic may not use your data for training. See Security.
