Overrides for one person

On a person's page, under Charges and balance:

• A personal plan replaces the group schedule for that person (a scholarship rate, a different rent).
• A one-time charge or credit (a supply fee, a concession, a refund).
• Skip a single charge (a month away).

Every change is in the audit log.
