Deleting data

An Owner can delete the organization and everything in it from Settings › Delete all organization data, typing its name to confirm. Access ends at once; an Owner can undo it for 7 days; then everything is purged from our database and file storage, including its access log (a one-line record that the organization was deleted stays).

Our hosting provider makes routine automatic server backups that are kept for a limited time (no longer than about a month). Data you delete drops out of those backups as they are replaced. We do not keep any other copies.

You can delete any uploaded original at any time; imported payments stay.
